Although the repair took one day more than expected (out of Carstar's control), I was completely pleased of not only the repairs made, but of the condition of the entire vehicle as it was detailed and waxed! What a pleasant surprise as many others would not do this. Taking that extra step pays huge dividends not only for the immediate customer, but for many referrals as I will tell others about the fantastic service you provided. We are return customers for years and have been extremely pleased every time! Cudos to you all!
