I like Gapsch. I’ve brought my vehicle here for repairs before and it is my preferred location! The only slight tarnish is there estimation in completion. On Friday, I received a notice that we were on track for the following Friday. Great! Then Monday afternoon I received a text that my car would be ready in 3 hours. Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad it was completed early, but was just difficult to make last minute arrangements to be able to pick up my car in time in conjunction with a rental.

After receiving back my Nissan Truck, I had noticed that my hood prop and clip were broken when I opened the hood. There were also runs in the paint on the hood. I’m not sure if that was there before. I only had the truck a week before the accident. I am sure though that the hood prop was not broken before.

Only thing I thought should be done, is when I picked up my car someone should have walked outside to look over the work that was done and inspect that everything looked good.

We have been to Carstar 3 or 4 times. The firdt time my husband made me get an estimate, which is understandable. The 2nd time, he did but I suggested we go to Carstar. After getting an estimate elsewhere, Carstar was the least expensive. Now, we go straight to Carstar! Not just because of of the price, but due to the ENTIRE team! Rob, is the #**** reason that continue to take my business there. I completely trust him to take care of everything from insurance to making sure that I will have a rental car and a ride to get my rental car! Thank you to Rob and Emily and everyone that has helped over the years!
