Even though I wasn’t pleased when I could have initially picked it. The Gapsch Team took it back to re-do some of the areas on the front bumper I wasn’t pleased with. I picked it up the next day, and the paint matched nicely. The Gapsch Team Did Great!

Rob **** is the best! He kept in touch with me throughout the entire process even while he was out of town. He made sure my car looked exactly the way it was before my accident and made sure I was satisfied with how it looked. I could not have asked for a better team to take care of my car. Thanks guys!

I loved your sign (and refreshments) in the waiting room that read, “Relax, we’ll take it from here!” Your office staff and service department fulfilled that mission statement and helped put my mind to rest after experiencing a very scary hit and run accident! There was an issue with my tailgate and they took my truck back in and fixed it. I liked their concern to make it right. Thank you. My tailgate and bumper are the best looking parts on my truck.

Not only was the smashed Fender fixed like it was never harmed but the whole car was so shiny that I could comb my hair and Its Reflection. Wonderful job. More than I expected
