Overall I was satisfied with the work that was done on the car and the friendliness of the staff. Great job! My only complaint is that on multiple steps along the way I asked to get called when the car was ready and I didn't get a call. My car bounced between the body shop and service and detailing as needed and there was miss communication between departments. Other than that I was happy with my experience and Jeff in the body shop was super helpful. Thanks.

I need to return it to have adhesive removed from paint.

They charged the insurance for a wash and vacuum and the Jeep was neither washed or vacuumed. It was actually more dirty when I picked it up, including the inside.
