I did not appreciate how my car wasn’t taken for a test drive before it was given back to me. There were loose wires in my door that were rattling. There was a large amount of wind noise, and my key was returned to me in worse shape than it was when I brought it in. I had to then take time out of my day the next day to bring my car in again to get the window fixed. But you refuse to fix my key.
