There was never a communication back to me on an item I'd asked to be reviewed for repair. I had to inquire three times on the matter to get a status. Much work needed to improved customer communication. An email early in the week indicated that the car would be completed iimminently, but wasn't confirmed as complete until late Friday. An email sent to me the following Tuesday indicated that I'd picked honduras car earlier that day. I had picked up the car on Monday. At pick up, there still no confirmation that the period of coverage for the rental car was confirmed.
