Very disappointed. I was told my car was ready and when I started it up the check engine light was on. I ended up being late for work because your mechanic didn’t make sure there was nothing wrong with my car before I got there. I paid $1000 and I still don’t have my car.

Laura was most efficient in ordering my parts. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Geico rep couldn’t of been nicer. Overall experience was great.

The two women that I spoke with on the phone were externally rude to me and didn’t seem to have the slightest car as to when was happening to my Jeep. I had to call mulitple times for a status update and got a different and incorrect answer every time.

The repairs took much longer than the anticipated date I was given. Communication could have been better, and there is a piece on the top of my car that has come unattached to the car itself which was not the case before it was brought to the shop.

However, I wish the inside of my vehicle could have been cleaned much better than it was. My floor matts were left very dirty with shoe prints from the mechanics. To leave my vehicle that way, was disheartening and unacceptable. Overall I am pleased with the repair job. Thank you

Ever since I have gonna my car back my dash isn't working correctly and I have no air conditioning the temperature states -41 and it states possible ice drive with care. Not only that I had a quarter that has sat on my dash since my dad passed last Sept and it walked the staff I talked to directly was great but now I need to figure out what went wrong
