Great customer service from the time I dropped my car off to the time I picked it up. **** and the others were great and I only wish every one could have the great customer service that Signature Collision has.

I brought my car in for repairs to my bumper. Once it was returned to me, I found it to be discolored. The tone of the white appears to be a shade darker then the rest of the car. The manager agreed to repair it and have it match the rest of the car, but I would have to wait 2 weeks because the shop is "busy" going into the Hoilday. This is my first time using the facility and I am not sure if I would come back. The staff is friendly, but the work is not great. I went in with one color and came out with another. Only to be told that it does that on white cars. I find that to be insulting, for I would have never purchased a car with something so obvious. I blame the process they use in order to repair/dry the paint. I am grateful he agreed to do it over, but I am completely disappointed at the work. I went in with high hopes and left totally unsAtisfied.

Cons: The rental I received was awful. Several things on the car did not work and I received the car dirty. Pros: communication was great! I was always in the know. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

I like the customer service. The young lady near the entrance handle herself in a very professional manner and see to the customer needs are met. Also, I like how the Auto Damage Adjuster followed up with me. Let's not leave out the person who was responsible for painting my car. Kudos to the team.

Very good customer service. Employees were exemplary. GEICO needs to back off on the script they are required to follow. It takes too long and we just want to get on with it. The work done was excellent.

The staff was outstanding from the time I walked in the door to drop my vehicle off. They were very polite and had great customer service skills. Just wish a lot of other business places had staff like Geico. I specially would like to thank Diondre who called and kept me up on every thing day by day. Givonne who gave me the rental car. The young lady (forgot her name) who sits at the front desk (very pleasent). Paul, who went over every thing when I pick the car up today. This is the kind of staff you do not mind giving them bonus for an outstanding job day to day. I was very satisfied with every thing. I thank all of them for the great work that they do. It was not ready the day I was told it would be ready but they did a excellent job on the repair. But something is loose under the front that wasn't there prior to accident. I asked them to check it out. All I got was they only do cosmetic part.
