Cloninger Toyota was amazing to work with as I just purchased my new vehicle (2019 Toyota RAV4) from them and had an accident within 2 months of owning a brand new car- when a deer decided to jump onto my new car. As a single mom, buying a car was foreign to me and a new experience, I was devastated to have hit a deer with a 30 day tag on my new car. The last vehicle I purchased was a 2005 Toyota Camry from cloninger and it lasted a strong 250k miles with many more to go. So far I have been very pleased with the efficiency and the communication they relayed to me about the status of my vehicle repairs. There was a minor glitch with a window issue and they repaired it immediately. I highly recommend Cloninger for a job well done. Jessie and Jodie in the body repair shop have worked diligently to repair my car and get it back to me as soon as possible. The only delay was the insurance company and their original quote. I am so glad I chose Cloninger to repair my wrecked vehicle.

The work done to my car left white over spray in 2 places on my car, the scratch on the glass wasnt even addressed, and there are several places in the paint that look like the paint bubbled up.

Jesse worked with me ... she was friendly, informative,, kept me up to date on what was happening. My car looks great . Everyone else that I had contact with was friendly and helpful.

There is a wavy mark all down the right side of my truck that was not there before I took it to the Collision Center. I did not notice it until the day after I took my truck home and saw it in the direct sunlight. My steering wheel is off-center. While driving down a straight roadway the steering wheel is off to the left instead of centered. My headlight assembly was not properly checked either. I had a hyper-flash due to one of my headlight bulbs not being put back in. It had been knocked out , but not placed back. There needs to be a better overall inspection of the vehicle to ensure everything is correct.

I love the job that was done but the rubber part on the bumper on one side was replaced and the other side wasn't. So it looks kind of out of place. One side new and the other side old.

Nobody seems to know their job. Either that or they lie to you until they find out you know better. Specifically i refer to the receptionist and the estimator. The actual repair was good save the one new scratch inside from the detailer wearing jewelry.
