I would really like to thank Misty. She helped me through the whole process, seeing it was the first time dealing with damage to my vehicle and dealing with an insurance company that was not my own. Misty helped make me feel more comfortable about the entire process and that it went much smoother than I originally thought.
Also the fact that Collision Max had Enterprise come to pick me up. That made every bit of this experience that much more convenient.
The work performed on the car was also very well done. Back to looking brand new. I am very pleased with the way the car looks.

Work performed involved replacing a door and paiting it to match. I'm no expert on body work but to me the repairs looked amazing! I've never experienced such quality customer service before. I was kept in the loop every step of the way and my involvment in the process was streamlined and comprehensive so I felt always at ease. The rental vehicle was arranged for me every step of the way. I felt like the only customer as each staff member was well informed of the services being provided and they were quick to relay important information to me promptly. The vehicle looked brand new inside and out not. Thank you!!

When I started the car twice today it did not start like it normally does it sounded like it was going to need a bump start but after trying it again a few times it did start fine.
