Took over 6 weeks for my car to be fixed, but that wasn’t the problem. I was told for 4 weeks in a row that it would be ready “next week.” If I knew my car was going to take that long, I would have gotten a rental car. Instead I took Uber’s, had to have family members drive me to and from work, and had to work from home on multiple occasions because I was told my car was going to be ready that day. No one ever even apologized even though I voiced my frustrations numberous times to Carmen. When I asked why my car kept getting delayed, I was told “well you know this is a very big job for us....” I was also asked “do you have a $6,000 check from progressive for us? They didn’t pay us yet” when I went to pick up my car today. I came to you guys because I knew the quality wouldn’t disappoint (my parents have been loyal customer) but unfortunately the customer experience did. Very disappointed.
