The process was seamless from the time we initiated the claim. I initially chose Abra/CollisionMax because it was one on State Farm’s referral list and was close to my house but ended up being pleasantly surprised by the great service and professionalism. I Brought my vehicle right in, the work was started quickly and finished in the estimated time promised. The entire experience with the Collision Max team of Sicklerville was stellar. It’s a headache enough to have to go through a minor accident and deal with claims, insurance companies, rental, etc., but Collision Max made this as painless and seamless as possible. I got my vehicle back in under a week- five days to be exact- and just in time for the weekend. 10/10 here!

Communication regarding my repair was awesome. I was notified daily that my Baby (car) was being taken care of. Upon picking my car up, it was such a pleasure to see that paper mats were put down to ensure my car wasn’t dirtied anymore than when dropped it off and I noticed that the interior was wiped down. My Baby was treated as if it belonged to awesome staff. I will definitely go back for the other repairs I need!
