Great communication throughout a somewhat stressful process. The teams at both locations, Glassboro and Sicklerville, were very courteous and professional. Hopefully, I will not have to use their services again, however, I would certainly recommend them to others in need of repairs. Thank you from start to finish!

Extreamly professional. I can't remember the name of the gentalment that helped me when I first got there (sorry) but was very nice and informative. This was actually my second accident ( I was hit in both accidents), and he even took on the responsibility to get in touch with the 1st claim for me because the 1st insurance had me doing everything! Thank you ! The next day, I received a call from Taron, updating me on my car and explaining the process. This happened daily along with the cute personalized text messages they send you lol. What really impressed me was the day I was supppose to pick the car up, Taron called me that morning informing me it would be ready that evening. When I received the next call, he stated it would be one more day because he wasn't satisfied with the end result. This blew me away because this shows CollisionMax has moral and cares about their reputation. I just knew my car was going to be brand new after that statement, and it was ! Picked my car up Friday and will be returning Tuesday to repair the 1st hit. I will absolutely recommend. Thank you CollisionMax Team !!
