There’s a piece of wire dangling off on the door that was recently fixed. I can no longer roll down the passenger side window from the driver side. In addition, the automatic roll down on the passenger no longer works. Lastly the dome light bulb is dead, which is practically impossible on a 2018 car. Its as if it was left on during the process of removing the dent. Aside from that great job on the detailing and removing the damages, much appreciated. But now I have to bring the car back again for another issue.

Although, the GPS had nothing to do with the car ,but getting to your location I am very sorry for arriving so late. The service and update was definitely amazing. Thank you, and I look forward to recommending the business.

Had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday 11/28/18 @ 4:30 that I scheduled directly with the Warminster shop. My car had rear bumper damage and was driveable. I called Friday afternoon to see if the estimate was complete and was told by the receptionist that they were running behind and hadn’t gotten to it yet. I asked why no one notified me and asked why I wasn’t told when I dropped off that they were behind as I am paying for a rental car out of pocket to replace my driveable car that’s literally just sitting in your lot. To wich I was put on hold for 6minutes thaen the call got disconnected or I was hung up on. I called back was repeatedly put on hold for 10minutes because the receptionist couldn’t be located, I requested to speak with the manager, Mike got on the phone he appologized for the delay said they were backed up due to being short a worker. He never apologized for the in my opinion rude customer service from the receptionist. He then assured me my estimate would be completed Monday by 10am. Mike called me Monday 12/3/18 at noon, told me my estimate was complete and the parts were ordered. Said my car would be completed either Tuesday afternoon or early Wednesday depending on when the number arrived and could be painted. Mike called me Wednesday afternoon to inform me my car was ready to be picked up. I paid for the repairs out of pocket and the car looks great. Mike was extremely friendly and apologetic for the delay walked me to my car and showed me the repairs. I then went and paid for my weeks worth of rental that cost me $352.87. When based on the turnaround time from the estimate being started and car being completed I paid for 4 days of a rental car that were not necessary due to my cars damages not causing the car to be un-driveable.
