I attempted to put the car in for repair in late December but was told in would just sit until the new year. On that advice I brought the car in on January 2nd. I saw paperwork on the car seat that said the car was due out on January 7. I called on the 7th and was told that they were waiting for parts, meaning nothing had been done on the vehicle. Several days later I was contacted and told that they were not satisfied with the paint job and would have to redo it. I did not get the car back until January 15th. I was also paying for a rent car. After a conversation with Michael Fusco-General Manager, he agreed to pay for the daily car rental from the 14-18th. I find this entire event unacceptable.

Friendly courteous staff and great service. Repairs were completed earlier than promised and did not impact my work schedule. Would recommend. A++ all around.

My car accident was a hit and run. Devastating..I needed repairs done on my car. CollisonMax was very close to my house, Geico insurance is onsite, Enterprise car rental has a satellite office onsite, how convenient. What more could i want? Scott at CollisionMax, was extremely instrumental in getting my car completed before i had expected... even after they discovered more damaged than originally thought. He left me updated messages of my car status. Although there was a glitch in completion date , which i express my concern, i feel he went above n beyond meeting my needs for getting my car back to me. Let me state, I may have been slightly demanding, but Scott was always professional in the way he explained the status of my vehicle. I was really amazed at how good my car looked when i picked it up. Totally happy n would definitely recommend this place...in fact my son will be coming in next week!

Very stressful experience. Contradicting text messages. Tried to pick up the car but there was still a gap in the bumper that my husband saw once I got to my job. Of course I had to clock in at work and didn’t have time to go back. My husband went right back with the car but they wouldn’t give him the rental back that I just dropped off. They told me I could pick it up by 4pm... I don’t get oh tod Work until 8pm. Now I have to figure out how to shuffle my kids around tomorrow without a vehicle and how to get ourselves to work a half hour in oppositice directions. Very inconvenient experience. They should have checked the car for quality before texting that it was complete. I never would have dropped off the rental and all of this frustration and chaos that we are about to encounter in the morning would have never come to be.
