I really appreciate everything. Everyone in the office was nice and attentive. Even the general manager was out and interacting with the customers. My car looks great and I even received it before estimated time. I love the warranty! And the detail!! Only negative was that my rental car was horrible. The rims were bent out, the car dirty inside just a mess. Couldn't even take my bosses out to lunch in the car because I was embarrassed. I couldn't book with Enterprise so I guess Hertz gives hood cars. But not your fought. Collision Max was great and like I said my car looks great!! I truly appreciate all that was done and tell the guys who do the hard work in the shop thank you. You all have a blessed day.

From the minute I scheduled the appointment customer service was excellent. Someone called the very next day to confirm the rental car and when I dropped the vehicle off everything was explained in detail.
