I was very impressed with the whole experience. Everything went very smooth from beginning to end. Having Geico on-site really enhanced the quality of service provided. I will definitely recommend CollisionMax to anyone. Oh and my car looks great!

I loved that i was able to meet my insurance agent onsite and pick up a rental car. You were all very good about keeping me updated on my car by phone and email.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience at collision max. Having the rental car available at the time of drop off was convenient. I was kept informed the entire time my car was being fixed. The repair work was awesome and my car looked great inside and out. I highly recommend collision max and rate them with an "A".

Very caring group of people who walked me through the whole process. I was told what they'd do, how much it would cost and when it would be done. Every day I would get an email explaining how the work was coming along. Some of the emails would actually sound like my car was telling me that he was coming along nicely. I laughed at the funny ones. Good job but I hope to never come back again. I'll just spread the word of how great your company's work is and how they will be ctreated with respect and any question they ask will be thoroughly explained. Good job. ????

Once I got home and really looked over the repairs I noticed defects in the replacement bumper and that the bumper was not aligned when put back on. There is a much larger gap between the bumper and upper filler panel than on the driver side. Other than the repair issues the service was quick and convenient.

After I picked up my car from Collisionmax I noticed that my change from my change holder was mostly gone. I left the car with about 10-15 dollars of change in the cup holder. When picked up there was about 25 cents in pennies and some bobby pins and some wrappers left. Upon further investigation the compartment beneath the cup holder had been rummaged through but nothing removed. Considering the damage to my vehicle was rear bumper damage, there was no reason to go through the inside or remove any change. I called and spoke with the lady at the front desk to voice my concern. Not because I wanted my money back but for principle. Her response was "well we tell you to remove all valuables from the vehicle before you leave it." My question was why because you might take it? I called to speak to the manager twice before he finally called me back and said there was a misunderstanding. He said they removed the change to put in a baggie but never put it back in. I do t believe this for a second. If they did that why leave some change and wrappers and hair pins? I think he tried to give me some change to appease me. I wouldn't have taken my car there if Liberty Mutual didn't make me, basically, and this is why. I have contacted Liberty Mutual and expressed my concern. While the repair was done well I am disappointed that an employee would take my change. Inexcusable.
