During the Post inspection, I noticed two comestic issues that were NOT noticed or discussed during the preinspection. These cosmetic issues should have been noticed by a trained eye/professional representative and should not have been pointed out by me alone! My concern is: were these issues caused by Procare? Unfortunately, the photos on file at Procare do not definitively point these out, so I am disappointed because now I have to figure out how they occurred at what caused them. So white the fact that I will probably be stuck with the bill for repairs, I am not a totally satisfied customer. Yes, I know we are all human and am not mad, just disappointed these issues were not noticed before any repairs were done because they are obvious!

Terrible communication. From start to finish. Car not running properly. Accused me of driving the car and that someone hit something and the car flew up in the air and slammed down real hard on something. That car was parked in front of my house for a whole week, I explained that but they would rather call me a liar. Why would I fill out a police report to try to find out how or who hit my car
I pay Geico for 3 vehicles, over 500 a the for over six years. And they charged me 500 deductible to fix the car.im disabled and barely have money to live on.i have coverage I thought to protect myself from other drivers.then I was mislead about the Enterprise rental insurance. I agreed, reluctantly, to 50 for two days of exta INS on the rental because of 4th of July. Only cause they ask for a 50 deposit on the rental.theni return it and pick up my car and go home and find out that Enterprise charged another 135.11 for more insurance.im getting on Facebook and warning people of their lack of concern of the individual having been overcharged all the way around. Plus my car is running horrible
