Very professional all the way around. Joanne at front desk was excellent. Peter was very helpful by updating me during the whole process.y car looks brand new and the repaire time was minimal. Glass repairs were not done correctly, causing 3 extra days of rental car expenses and extra trips to get car. I’m glad that they caught the problem before I drove away but it was still a major inconvenience because I needed the space in my car for the weekend projects I needed to do. They called the glass repairman to return to fix the job but he failed to do so. The glass guy should reimburse me and geico for the extra expenses due to a poor repair job.

Peter was excellent! He was there to answer any questions I had and was prompt in doing so. He was always very personable and professional. I was very worried about the whole idea of having to get body work done on my van, but ProCare put my mind at ease. It was effortless on my part. The customer really is king with ProCare.

It took three separate trips for me to the shop before my car was fixed properly. Wrong parts were ordered and installed and the paint job was sloppy with debris under the paint with scratches. The whole experience made a stressful time worse. Communication within the staff needs to improve and so does the quality control.

All the employees at Pro Care that I dealt with from the reception area to the adjusters were top notch, especially Ray Ruiz. As a heads up, the experience at the Hertz rental location next door that seems to partner with PorCare at this location was below substandard at pick up of the rental, over the phone and especially at drop off of the rental with manage Ads. Cardozo. This experience really discolors that fantastic experience I had with ProCare. I know the companies are separate but still this is something to keep an eye on as this Hertz location and it’s staff are horrible.
