Cara is excellent. She took care of the process efficiently and smoothly. Always updating me everyday of the progress of the repairs. She gave an estimated date when it will be finished that is June **** but to my surprise that it was already done on May 24 when I just brought it in on Monday, May21. And Cara was accommodative, always smiling and caring. The pro care receptionist, the Geico agent and the enterprise agent were all courteous, compassionate and helpful. It made all the total experience stressfree and worry free. This is the fastest repair that I have seen on my entire life. Very nice set up. The appraiser, rent a car and the repair shop are all there that makes the process quick.

Working with Procare was a wonderful. Procare was recommended by my husband as he has used this collision place before for his truck. So glad that I trusted him and went with this company. I will most definitely recommend this company to my friends and family if ever needed. Liked the daily updates, friendly faces and good service. Nothing bad to say. Very pleased with Procare.
