My low tire pressure sensor came on after my accident and private was authorized to repair the damages by GEICO. They had my car for a week and they were texting and calling me that my car was ready. I work nights and go to school so I had a hard time picking up my car because my rental was not covered under the full coverage with GEICO. They were kind enough to offer to take my car to me which was awesome but I told them I get out of class at 5:pm they were calling me and texting me at 4:58 while I’m still in class. Then when I get my car the low tire pressure is on and I had NO GAS, I hate proCare and will also leave GEICO !

When I checked the car there were few scratches and the manager said they needed to keep the car one more day to fix the scratches.
My car was dropped off at my house, the exterior looks clean but the inside was very dusty. It was not like that when I dropped it off.
Also, I have half of tank of gas and I received it empty.
Overall the job is good.

Nothing negative to say about your team. But your business hours need to be extended through the weekend. Accidents happen at all times of day and not everyone can make it to ur shop during your restrictive hours
