Everything was awesome...communication, timing, friendly staff...but I am 99% sure one of your guys took my sunglasses. I had untouched cash in my car it my Raybans were MIA. I immediatey spoke with Scott, before I left the premises he was receptive but had no solution to offer me. I was very disappointed.

It is never enjoyable to deal with an accident, but my experience with State Farm and Falls Church auto body has been terrific.
I went in for an estimate and my car was taken immediately, I had a rental car brought to me, and I was on my way in less than an hour.
I received regular progress reports via text message, and my car is now fixed and looks like new. I will bring my car whenever I need repairs from now on.

Thank you for bringing my car back to its pre-accident self. I appreciate that you insisted on having State Farm Insurance pay for a new right rear tire for my safety. It makes me realize how happy I am that I made it back to VA and had your shop do such an excellent job of reinstating my car to complete safety. Thank you for working hard and getting my car back before your projected due date. It is so nice to have my car back home!
