Your team was terrific: both receptionists were extremely professional - THE BEST! Billy, Scott, and Rich - very good in communicating start to finish. One receptionist went the extra mile to find my car (which was around the corner) and drive it to the main door for me.
In addition, the communication among all teams was exceptionally smooth: Team Enterprise, Team USAA, and Team Falls Church Auto Body. There were ZERO missteps or fumbles.
