Michael did an outstanding job of explaining the repairs, the paint job, and the procedures of how my Lexus vehicle was fixed. The explanation was not rushed and allowed for my questions. I felt that Michael wanted me to understand the repair process. Michael also helped me connect my Bluetooth with my phone. Everything was perfect. They kept me updated daily on the progress of my car, and ( I didn't get her first name) was a pleasure to deal with, she knows her stuff!!! And I can't say that about alot of companies I deal with on a daily basis. And Mike went over every detail with me when I picked up my car( and also, it was done almost a week before the promised date. I can not say enough great things about Depalo & Sons Auto Body Shop. My immediate family has used them 3 times in the last 6 months alone and they have been the most professional, friendly, seamless business to work with. Every staff member from the owners, to the admin to the mechanics go so above and beyond to make you very “in the loop” of each and every step of your car repair process. They walk you through your insurance on site, the cost of everything... and what I truly respect the most is that they follow-up throughout the duration of the repair process with any changes, as well as the completion date of your car. Depalo NEVER surprises you with any crazy costs at the end that we’re unexpected and I swear, when you get your car back, they clean your car to the point that it looks as good as new. I have SO MANY FRIENDS that have used Depalo in and around the Huntington and Cold Spring Harbor area.... but I would tell people to use them from much further because that’s how amazing they are. It was the best experience I have had dealing with a body shop .Depalo & Sons were completely professional in everything they did. Every day I got and e-mail & text message giving me updates on my car. The used original parts and they finished 3 days early.
