Outside perfect, the inside however had white dust in my my carpet on repair side and inside of door.

A day late but the work looks good

Working with everyone was an outstanding experience. Everything was handled in very professiona professional, friendly way- especially by James ****. I couldn’t ask for my car to look any better.

The shop manager was very nice and helpful during our conversing. I was sorry to find that your service advisor (J.****) wasn't very customer service engaged. Mr.****, appeared to be unconcerned as I explained my concern for the damage to my car. I may not have used the correct words as an experienced body repair technician but I used good English. His demeanor and facial expression was insulting. I retrieved my car and pointed out a concern that should have been corrected before I arrived as I pointed this concern out during the preliminary estimate. The car now reaps of strong enamel odor as it just finished the last clear coat of paint. These odors are very strong and have resulted in additional pressure and headache. I'm very dissatisfied in this transaction with Bill Black as I have purchased vehicles and had them serviced. Sincerely, William W
