Action collision takes such great care of your cars and I always know I’m going to be very happy with the results. They also update you every other day so you know where in the process your car is.

They did a great job keeping me informed on the repair process and delivery. Me being a automotive show at **** I’m very picky about the paint and color match and they did a perfect job everything matched perfect you would never know the front cover was painted. They also did my wife’s car a tri-stage pearl white and that was also perfect. Overall it was an excellent experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done on there car.

Very satisfied with quality of work, customer service and the length of time to do the work. It is necessary to note some confusion on the date of delivery; i received multiple messages indicating delivery on September 13 but was surprised with delivery on September 7. This was appreciated but disruptive to my busy travel schedule which had to be changed in order to pick up the car and return the loaner. It seems that communication between Repair Company and insurance company is poor.
