Everyone was friendly and helpful. 6 days did seem a little long for a small repair.
I do believe the car rental business should look more carefully at their cars. Rear wiper had no wiper and was scratching the window before I drove away. Wrapped electric tap around it to prevent any further scratching. Three tires had good tread and front drivers side almost no tread. I wasn't driving far so not too much of an issue.
