initial interactions were not as thorough as I would have liked. It took a month to have the appointment scheduled. The appointment initially scheduled had to be rescheduled after I brought my car in, with an additional delay of two weeks when they found that they did not have the parts needed for the repairs. The later interactions and communications were thorough and I was satisfied with the service.

During the repairs, someone disconnected my stereo. When my son picked up the car, discovered the stereo was not working and went back to complain, he got the run around. He was told to have it checked elsewhere because it "couldn't have happened at Cooks." It took my husband calling and complaining for a promise to look at the system and correct the problem. We will be taking it back this Tuesday. I can only hope at the point that this issue is resolved as I was completely happy with the experience until this was discovered.

Hello. I am happy with all of the service except for my damaged screen on my navigation system. I had the Cadillac owed to my home and when I inspected the car I noticed the screen was completely cracked on the bottom portion of the screen. I called GEICO and Cooks about it already. I am suppose to bring the car back after I replace my rims. One of the rims was found to be cracked.
