Excellent work and fast, dependable service

From the time I got my estimate to the car being repaired, the staff was very nice. Professional and made me feel confident the job would get done right. And it was. I would highly recommend anyone to have their vehicle repaired with your collision shop.

My experience was one I did not expect. From the moment I entered the building and was met by a kind polite professional and knowledgeable individual I knew I was in good hands and had made the right decision as to where to go. Paul was not only efficient But senced my anxiety and inexperience And immediately Made me feel safe and comfortable Being a professional is one thing and knowledgeable as well but being kind honest humble and sensitive or virtues one does not expect at a. collision shop. Although, I was surprised to find out my keys didn’t work in the car lock after the car had been in this shop fir collision repair just 2 months before, I had no recourse other than buying a new lock and having my keys recoded. I went in and spoke with the man at the desk about ordering a lock and 9 days later called to find out if it had arrived, only to find he had forgotten to order the lock. He sprang into action immediately after, and the work was completed soon after. He quoted me that it would cost $240. When he called to say the work was done he told me $320, when I asked why the difference, it was somehow dropped to $263. At any rate the keys work.

Very satisfied. Paul is awesome. Helped me through the whole process. Would definitely recommend this business. Thank you!
