As someone who doesn't speak car well, Paul was a godsend. He was welcoming, kind, and explained everything in perfect detail. Based on the type of damage my car had I was concerned with both the price it may cost to repair as well as how the repair would look when completed as other than the damage my car is in show room condition. I was a walk in and gained immediate confidence in Paul who gave me my estate. The estimate was not inflated upon repair and the job was completed as scheduled and my car is 100% show room condition again.
