Have rental cars onsite to have clients drive .. cheap cars for easy 2-4 day fixes. No neede fo have enterprise rentals

I work a lot of hours so its inconvenient for me to make schedules so when I first contacted you guys I told you I didn’t have a lot of time so you got me in to look at it and get the process going that was really helpful . And then I was worried about how long that it would take totally stressed me out . So I called to see how long it would take and if I would have to get the rental car . You guys let me know that it would be with in the day so that was a real relief to me that I didn’t have to deal with the rental car . But still my truck is my baby so I still worried about it . Amazing work, amazing customer service, amazing people, great experience. Eric is extremely knowledgeable and kept me update and informed during the entire process. Stan was also very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Definitely my first and only shop choice. The hour drive is not even a concern knowing the level of service that is provided here.

The repairs were done in a timely manner, all communications about the process and schedule were appropriate, accomplished as stated, professional and respectful.

All of the details were handled correctly the first time. I was kept informed on the progress of my repairs. I even appreciated the extra touches that were repaired and polished.

The car looks brand new. gaps are great and paint matches well. The engine bay is also really clean.

The repairs took an extra week to completely repair my car and someone in the shop used a dirty rag to clean my windshield, leaving spiderweb scratches all over the windshield.
