The car was delivered in great shape, but as a customer I feel as if I shouldn’t have had to intervene when a mistake was made while looking for the correct part number. If I hadn’t done so, the part was not projected to arrive until ****.5 months later. However, if that never happened to be an issue, I would have been 100% satisfied.

They didn’t get to repair my jeep due to it being totaled. If I were ever to have to use an auto body shop again it will definitely be them. Their communication and compassion for my situation was amazing and they made a tough experience easier for me.

Wish you supplied a loaner for those of us without insurance coverage for rental car! However Sabo was excellent…people great at keeping me posted on progress of repair!! Repairs appear to be very thorough.

We left two messages regarding concerns 3 days after the repair was done. I had to call back (now the 3rd message). The car had to be continuously jump started after sitting for 4+ hours and I had a sulfur smell venting into the cab. These issues were not present before the accident. You communicated well while service was performed but dropped the **** after you got paid. There was no effort to take a look and revisit the problem. I have taken the car for inspection and service elsewhere. Good business is good communication before, during and after the sale.
