No need to call me discuss. The Mgr Dan Knack already talked to me and said that they already did what they could to satisfy me. Their employee Bill who "helped" me with my repairs lied to me and mislead me. He then lied about me to Mr.Knack to cover himself even though I have a voicemail showing he said otherwise. When I picked up my car after repairs, everything in my trunk was soaked. Things were destroyed, un repairable and smelled very bad. Mr.Knack said they'll refund me and that they cleaned and deodorizer the trunk. It still stunk very bad and some of the items that were in there were no longer there. When I brought this to him he said he looked for them but couldn't locate the items but assured me that his employees wouldn't have stole anything. So them how are they missing? Horrible service and I will never go there again. Nor will I suggest the place to anyone else. In fact I will make sure i write many more reviews and even bring this problem up to higher authority.
