We were notified that our vehicle was ready for pick up on 7/25/18. My wife picked up the vehicle on 7/27/18 (today) and it still wasn’t ready. There was an issue with the tail light not working which should have been inspected prior to pick up. No one walked over the repairs with my wife and the vehicle was not brought to the front of the business when she went outside to leave. She located the vehicle on the side of building. The repairs were substandard and there are gaps in the new molding. When she returned home with the vehicle, I immediately observed hail damage over the entire vehicle which she was never informed about. The hail damage was obvious and I’m certain Abra was aware of the damage and the recent hail storm. There was absolutely no hail damage prior to the vehicle being in Abra’s possession. There was a recent hail storm in Fountain, CO and our vehicle was left outside. This has been a terrible experience getting our vehicle repaired at this location and I will highly recommend that USAA no longer do business with this facility. Now we have to file another claim for the hail damage and go through this awful process all over again in addition to having the vehicle repaired correctly. I am very disappointed with this experience and the poor customer service. I almsot never make it a point to complain or bother with petty issues but this is just bad service all the way around.

My claim paperwork said my Jeep would take five days to repair. It took a day and a half. Not only that but, Jamie helped me with my rental car since I couldn’t reach enterprise. The Fountain location had an opening at 9am and I wanted it but I couldn’t get ahold of the rental car company to see if my appointment could be moved up. She called for me while I was at work and ten minutes later called me back to say she got the rental appointment move approved. Not only that, she emailed the news to me since I couldn’t answer the phone. Amazing customer service. My Jeep looks brand new again. I’d recommend ABRA to anyone who needs work done to their vehicle.

The door does not sound like the original when close it. It is making a loud metal hitting sound.. Also my window seems to have been swapped out. My windows had a darker tint and that one does not match the rest of the car.

The adjuster was amazing and the delivery time for completion and repairs was great. The only problem I had was the customer service with the lady at the front desk when dropping my vehicle off. She was rude and acted like I was interrupting her day. Her attitude was much better when I picked the vehicle up but I almost didnt leave my vehicle there because of her. First impressions are everything.
