Took forever to get but since in service was prompt and I was kept up to date

Lehman’s did a great job! Thanks to Kevin Williams and the guy who came on Saturday of Easter weekend to work on my car. That was above and beyond! Lehman’s is the best.

I liked being kept informed on the progress of the repairs and the friendly communications, both verbal and electronicly. And I thought they did an excellent job exceeding my expectations.

The reason I’ve continued going to the Lehman’s on 54th & Lyndale for years is because of the customer service experience they provide! When you have people who are able to make a stressful situation like getting your car fixed, or maybe even having to pay a lot of money to get your car fixed fun, that’s priceless! I don’t work in the customer service industry, but am very customer service driven when it comes to the companies I choose to do business with. I’d give the staff at Lehman’s on 54th & Lyndale an A+... that should be taken as a major compliment, as I can be very critical when it comes to the customer service provided. The staff there continues to exceed my expectations! Although I don’t hope to be in need of their services again soon... I wish I had the same customer service experience with every other company I do business with! The staff and atmosphere there, is why I go there whenever body work is needed on my car!
