I had a rental car from Enterprise through Lehman's. I received a call from Enterprise saying I had kept the car for 5 days after my truck had been finished. They claimed that they had called me on the 15th about it. I checked my call history and voicemails for March 15th and had received nothing from Lehman's or Enterprise saying my truck was ready. Lehman's as well did not send me the text updates I had requested, but instead left voicemails to my father's phone number, who them had to forward the messages to me. This is a major issue, and now Enterprise says I owe $160. This was a complete failure.

The team did a great job! I will definitely follow up in a year or two to let you know how the paint job is holding up. I appreciated the telephone updates I received, but the text updates were terrible! Especially the one that said ‘we enjoyed working with you,’ when I hadn’t picked up my car yet... I texted back asking if my car was still there and never got a response. That made me nervous and worried about where my car was. I also really appreciated the light vacuuming inside. My car is pretty messy inside cause I have two young kids. Any cleaning really helps. If I would have known you were going to clean the inside I would have gotten more trash out. Maybe you could offer a detailing service while the repair work is happening? Job well done (except you, texting service).

I would just say that quick calls or texts with information is good in the initial two days. Just so clients know where they are at even if there is just news of waiting on vendors. Other than that one thing I thought the time you spent with me answering questions and giving ideas was awesome. I know I was a small repair but you took it seriously and found the best solution for me which is amazing and builds trust. Thank you for all of your time and help.

I was completely satisfied with the Downtown Minneapolis location. However, not Roseville. My car sat there for almost a week with no useful communication or work being done. It wasn’t until I called for an update that I found out my car had even been move.

Great customer service! Very convenient to have Lehman’s staff coordinate the rental car waiting for me at drop-off and that I could just leave the remark at pickup. Staff found creative ways to make my job more efficient. Nice touch to clean the car inside and out!
