I was very satisfied with customer service and repair work. The only comment I have is the cleaning of the car post body work. The car wash was not very good and the inside of the car was dusty. Not like my previous experiences with Abra in Brookfield.

29 days to repair a car is ridiculous. It shouldn't take anywhere near that long. While the communication from Heather was great, running out of my rental insurance is a pretty good indication that the repair time was excessive. I will not be back in the future.
