The staff in Newport were friendly and did an excellent job of explaining the details of the job. They also had my car finished a day early.

thank you for answering all my questions kindly and giving updates during the repair process. The rear bumper looks nice. I wished that the mechanic who fixed my rear bump explained to me about the bill & job description on the day I came to pay bill.

They outlined what would need to be done and set up a plan to do it. In the process I was kept informed of progress all the way through to point of completion. It is also reassuring to know there is a 100% coverage of work done For as long as I own the car.

The shock of finding your vehicle had been hit in a parking lot in tandem with the absence of the person who did the damage is discomforting in and of itself. From the first communication Abra facilitated procuring an appointment, put us at ease with the forthcoming repair, and thereby brought calm to our circumstance. Jeremy the first Abra rep I met was on time, professional, comprehensive and articulate when assessing the estimate. He answered questions concisely and kept the attention on my needs a characteristic quite uncommon these days in too many service industries. We've become use to service moments becoming about the difficulty, work hardships, and personal life monologues from the service providers unsolicited by us as if we were long time buddies as opposed to the focus being on our needs. This has become the norm. Jeremy is not cut from that cloth. Jeremy was all about the task at hand. He neither rushed me nor delayed my moving onto the next of my daily tasks. On the phone each and every Abra rep comported himself/herself similarly. Communications by email on a daily basis sustained the calm. All of this would not have been noteworthy if our vehicle was not repaired impeccably. It was! When we arrived to pick it up all were attentive from the start through to the moment we got in our cars to drive away. Luckily for me Jeremy was at his desk thus my wife was able to meet this fine professional young man. It is my hope that he be rewarded as time goes on relative to wage increases and/or promotion opportunities. He's a keeper and Abra should and likely already is aware of this fact. Professionalism and great craftsmanship are becoming less prominent in the service industry. Not at Abra. They too should be rewarded for a job so well done. Thank you.

I dropped the car off monday the 7th of jan and was told it would be done in a week. It actually was done the 17th. I just wish I was given a more accurate completion date. Seemed acpretty long time to do such minor routine work. That is my only dissatisfied comment. The work they did was good, not flawless but it looks better than it did before they worked on it.

The main satisfaction came with the customer service and support from Christina. The car repair looks great. Our only concern was the time involved. 6 weeks since report of the problem to repair. 12 days in the shop was a long time. However the ease of picking it up and again the kindness and support from Christina made the experience very pleasant!! No real complaints. Thanks.

Only thing i would recommend is for the daily updates to have an actual update as to which phase it is in instead of very generic responses that just say it’s in good hands, other than that amazing communication and the job itself was done great!
