Oakland Auto Body - Cooks Collision

Very friendly and helpful staff who definitely treated me like family! It's great to go to an auto shop you feel you can trust. Bumper came out great and really appreciated stepping into my CLEAN car! The only negative aspect of my experience was when someone from cooks collision "audited" my claim mid-repair, so there was a hold placed on the repair. This was very stressful news because I was planning to have my car back in time for my move out of state. Once I contacted my insurance, Oakland Auto was great about getting the repair back in motion, returned to me without any delay, on the day and time promised--even a little early. I'm sure everyone who works there is great, I personally appreciated the care I received from Dan, Adrienne, and Claudia. I also very much loved the sweet parting gift--thank you grandma! for providing a warm, personal touch[:

My drivers side was the area to be fixed. Now my automatic window doesn't work. My black leather interior was covered in white dust upon picking up my vehicle. I called and asked for detail and was given the run around. Thoroughly disappointed.

Rich was wonderful. In fact all of the people there were wonderful. They were fun, responsive, helpful... I could have been the Queen of England and would not be been treated any better. I liked them so much that I baked them brownies. Rich looked for ways to reduce my cost, and let me know the status of my repair by phone. I have not been treated that well for a long time. It was like flying Business Class! I went to them before Cooks and they were wonderful then. But now OMG, they were even better!! First class treatment by a first class team. I will always come to Oakland Autobody for body work. Not only they did regular repairs too. The service was so good. Love love love them!!! Good job!!!
