I'm very fortunate to afford comprehensive auto insurance because the final bill would have bankrupted me... for the cost of repairing/replacing glass and minor body work, I could have bought another vehicle... I'm not a professional, but you can tell they really milked it... all their subcontractors need to double check their work... it seems I ended up with a few more scratches... as a customer, you just have to double, triple check everything...no confidence/trust.

Although it took longer to do the repair, it was due to getting the correct parts and the delay in that. No fault of yours and I was kept informed. I did wonder if my original bumper was completely white. My husband thought so. The black lower bumper seems fine. Thank you. We have used your services and have no complaints.

My car looks like new (good thing because it is!). It took much longer to get it back, but that's OK since i understand the parts shortage and issues you had to get the parts for the new car.

Front office staff was friendly as well as efficient in dealing with my insurance. Leslie was extremely informative and helpful. I so much appreciated being treated respectfully… not always the case; as an older woman, I get written off more times than not by people in customer service. Repair was masterfully completed; car looks like new! Thanks to all for a wonderful car repair experience. I hope to never need to visit the shop again, but will highly recommend to others.

The repair was for Jennifer’s car and even after repeated requests the shop continued to contact Mike. Maybe because the claim was in his name because he had the accident? At any rate it was pretty annoying for Mike. Other than that everything was wonderful. Thank you!

First of all, this vehicle had just about 10k miles on it when I brought it in. It’s almost new and the only damage to body or paint was at the tailgate and some scratches to driver side door, zero dings otherwise. There is now a ding on the back of the drivers side of cab, that wasn’t there before. I believe it happened while working on the truck bed and gate. I’m waiting to be able to wash and wax the vehicle to further inspect. Other Autobody shops would of washed the vehicle as part of the service, knowing well that vehicle shouldn’t really be washed or waxed for 30 days. My vehicle was returned to me dusty and unwashed, which made it difficult to see this damage. Photos of the vehicle prior to repair should reveal that the ding I wasn’t there beforehand. I look forward to addressing this ASAP.
