The door was aligned perfectly and the clear coat had no orange peel whatsoever which is very nice. I’m very pleased with the job done and the timeline in which it was finished in.

So far I have been totally satisfied with the work that was done.

the ladies in the front are friendly and helpful. and knowledgeable. Who ever worked on my truck it looks tike it did when it was new. and thy washed and cleaned it. this is the only place i will take my truck.

Everyone was polite, professional, and they did a wonderful job fixing the car.

I was satisfied with the repairs done on my car and with the extra special treatment given to it (i.e. vacuuming the back seat, the air freshener, etc.). I will definitely recommend you guys to family and friends.

It was all positive they've actually worked on my Jeep three times and every time I've been really satisfied I picked it up last night it was all finished the jeep was washed it's come out and give me another estimate on my other vehicle always satisfied there they do good work

I was totally impressed with the quality of service provided by Carstar. From the beginning of the process to the end, Sandy was great to work with. She replied quickly to emails and phone calls answering any questions I had. I was blown away by the photo updates sent each day via text. I LOVED that and I have never had that kind of service offered any where else. The repairs were spot-on. I was really excited to see the techs kept my rear window (which had our school decal on it). They even supplied some touch up paint should I need it in the future. I was so glad they were able to repair my old car after it was unfortunately rear ended. It's like the car from the cheesy car commercials - I bought it brand new after college - my first big investment. It's the car we drove away in after our wedding, the car I brought my daughter home in from the hospital, and now it's got a renewed chance at being the one we give to her when she turns 16 in a fews years (whether she likes it or not, ha!). Thanks for keeping it going!
