The reps kept calling my husband (he is policy holder) even though I specifically requested they contact me and only me. I provided my cell phone and email address to them. My husband does not respond to phone calls during the day and and requested all communication regarding my vehicle be directed to me. When the care was ready to be picked up, the Troy office called my husband first. I was pleasantly pleased with the updates and pictures sent to me during the repair.

The body work is excellent but the automatic sliding door quit working after accident and your shop said it was old age and they couldn't (or didn't want to) fix it. It worked fine before the accident. In hind site i should have taken it to a toyota dealer for repairs.

This is the second time we have had our car their. The experience from my first call to arrange the estimate to the day of pickup has been nothing but stress free and enjoyable. Our car is a metallic black 2012 and the match and blend down to the matching the factory orange peel is spot on. Top notch bodywork from a top notch team from the front door to the back of the shop.
