Amazing service, quality workmanship and great communication. The estimate reflected the exact price and delivery was prior to expectation. They worked with the insurance company and the drop off and pick up of the rental car was done with great ease. CARSTAR is my new first pick for body repair. Could not be happier.

Upon leaving I noticed terrible issues with my brakes, the fan to my air conditioner sounded like it was going to blow up, there is a scuff on my back bumper that was not there prior to drop off and someone left the touch up paint in my cup holder without the lid, so the paint spilled in and on my cup holder.

I got home and checked out the car. I noticed that whoever buffed the car on the low end of the passenger side...it looks as if the buffer got away from him and there are deep scratched thru the paint. I'll be returning in the morning so you can see what I am talking about, because these were not there when I brought in the car yesterday. I think that area at least needs some paint...Pepper White, to eliminate the scratching. Otherwise, the car looks great.

This is the third vehicle we have had repaired at CarStar. Two in Sidney, and now this one at your Troy location. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and the quality of work you provide. This our 3rd experience having CarStar repair/service one of our vehicles. I appreciate the frequent communication about progress and staying within the general timeline for service. My car was swept and left clean after repair. We chose CarStar over the dealer for the most recent body work on our BMW because of past experience.
