I want to thank your staff, especially Sandy she was my point of contact and my car was there for over a year waiting for the insurance to accept liability. She made this experience an easy one for me and actually had them pay for my battery too as it was dead from sitting for a year. I would recommend Carstar over any other body shop! My car looks great too!

Overall was great, especially loved the picture updates and great communication. They left a dome light connector off, but the overall experience was so good we would still strongly recommend your shop.

I believe Carly gave me an honest and fair estimate. got the car in when promised. finished when they said it would be finished. The car was clean when we received it and the repair looks great. Carly was great to work with. If she was not their I don't know if I would of brought my vehicle their.

Great service, on time completion, at the price quoted. The work is more than good enough. Can't ask for better than that. One small area for improvement: The original estimate was not done with a disassembly, but we were told it was. No biggy, just an area to do better.

I HAVE USED YOU BEFORE AND RECOMMENDED YOU TO FRIENDS.
mY CAR LOOKS BRAND NEW. I WAS GLAD TO HAVE IT BACK TO DRIVE IN THIS WEATHER TODAY. myrental was a small HYundai which you really feel the wind in. I felt much safer having my Honda Accord to drive today in this slippery weather. Thanks for your professionalism and your friendliness. Anita Z
