Everyone was very helpful any questions I had they answered it was my daughters car and we had to pick it up after she got off work and we made arrangements for that and everybody was very very cooperative and helpful I really appreciate everything you've done. Thanks. The bumper that was repaired looks like a brand new one.

The service we received was great. Our car was fixed when promised. This year has been rough for our family and having the service and support from Todd and his employees were fantastic. This was not the first time that Todd's auto body had worked on one of our vehicles. We were kept up to date via e mail on the status of the work being done. Thank you Todd for your help and support.

Excellent customer service. Your staff was polite and very informative in answering my questions.
I like your text feature in informing me on the progress of my vehicle but the daily messages was a little too much.

I was told my car would be done on a Tuesday.. I was told that day in the afternoon that I would get a call when it's done after 4:30. I didn't get a call back either way. It would have been nice to have been told it wasn't going to be done until Wednesday as I was trying to make arrangements to pick it up. Other than that small incident, everything else was great! The people at the front desk, the people that fixed my car, the guy that gave me the estimate.... they were all great!!

Looks good so far. Perhaps a little better cleaning job of the dash would have been better rather than slapping on some Armour All, but otherwise looks nice.
