Loved the texting updates. The only issue I had was that my car was delayed and the message system did not let me know an I went to pick it up when it wasn't finished. Otherwise, great customer service.

My van was ready when promised. It looked great - better than before the crash. I also loved those text messages to keep me informed about the repair process. I hope I don't have any more problems, but if I do, I'm going to Todd's Auto Body!
