They let me pick time best for me. Really nice they arranged for the rental car to be at Todd's so it was easier to get going back to work. I liked the little messages I got each day to inform me of how the job was going. The expert tech, Michael that worked on my car did a perfect job. My car looks like new again. I hope I never have to use them again but if I ever do need a team to take care of things again I will definitely use. Todd's Auto Body. Thanks for a job well done!

Text updates need to be more coordinated with the actual work progress. Text said car ready on Friday at 5 but was not ready when I went there. Car received on Monday at ****:30 in excellent condition. Staff very cordial.

I had to take my truck to you for repairs, and you had done absolutely nothing to repair the truck in the 2 days you had it. So then i had to drop my truck off for another 8 days so that the bumper and small dents could be repaired.
