The service was excellent. Your service rep., Fabian, is not only cute, but truly a gentleman, well informed and totally accommodating to the client.
I like the fact that I was kept informed of the progress on the repairs. And, you were lucky, because I would have been a wart calling to check frequently. As you know "inquiring people want to know." Seriously, I have not experienced this type of service in many years. Thank you!
