I appreciated the day by day details of damages found and repairs to be made as well as accurate completion dates. Mike kept me informed and I did not need to waste time calling to check up on the progress. Once completed he explained everything in detail in person. I was very satisfied thus far with the whole experience. GOOD JOB.
