The office and shop staff was always very friendly and professional. From the initial phone call, check in and estimate, to the final pick up was a pleasant experience. I was very satisfied with every aspect of my service. The repair was done well and in exactly the amount of time they said it would. I especially appreciate the texts to tell me how things were going with the repair during the time they had my car. The service people were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my experience with Kilani Fender.

Yes Kilani Fender did an excellent "JOB" when i dropped it off i asked if they could have it done by a certain date cause i needed the car to pick up my family at the airport...and sure enough James & Karri delivered it **** day early hoorahh...i also enjoyed the family atmosphere there..........Thanx again team Archie

I appreciated the text messages throughout the process. However, towards the end of the repair for the date my car was supposed to be due until the date I actually received my car I did not get any text messages and I think that this was the most critical time of the whole process. I had to pay for extra days of rental car and I had to change my schedule around, so knowing the status of my car on those days was actually more important than the beginning part of the repair.

Repair was remarkable and completed on schedule. On top of that, car was cleaned and seemed to have been polished and the tires were shined. My car looks better and never looked better in years!
